About Me:: Hello, my name is Annette and I don't pretend to be anything other than what I am am and that is a working mother of 3 beautiful teenage girls who is lucky enough live in one of the most beautiful counties in England. My dream when I was young was to become a full time artist but my parents told me I would never make enough money at it...and I believed them!! But I kept at it in my spare time and now, many years later have a website http://archplan.tripod.com/FreespiritDesigns I have hand painted on glass, glasses, vases and work mainly with glassware until I started using "Lead Relief" and found that I could use this very effectivly...and that's it I was hooked! Originally I filled in with beads, but then I discoverd enamel paint and glitter and since then I have been using these as my main mediums. My favorite things to draw are butterflies, dragonflies, fairies, mermaids, birds, flowers or anything to do with the fantasy world. I never do the same thing twice as I am not into the twee or commercial side of the business or mass production.
